Embracing a New You: The Journey of Identity Shifting
🌟 Hey everyone, I hope you’re having a lovely afternoon and looking forward to the weekend. 🌅 Today, I’d like to touch on identity shifting and how this process is a very helpful step when looking to consciously achieving our goals, creating our reality, and aligning with our desires. 🌟 Many of us, at some point or perhaps even yearly, find a gap between where we currently stand and where we aspire to be. For instance, if we aim to be wealthy, we might feel out of sync, not vibrating on the wavelength of prosperity. Identity shifting aids in bridging this gap, helping us grow into new versions of ourselves that mirror our true aspirations and values. Identity shifting isn’t about losing the essence of who you are, which will always remain. Even though I have transformed massively over the years, I am still fundamentally kind-hearted, loving, passionate, and determined. This process enhances our authentic selves by allowing us to meet our potential. It’s not about faking it or letting the ego take the reins but about authentically embodying the "you" you'd be if you had already achieved your goals. It involves envisioning who you want to be—how this ideal version of you thinks, acts, and interacts—and then starting to embody these characteristics until they become your new reality. We are all formed of habits, beliefs, and repeated behaviours, all reinforcing our self-perception and defining our personality. So why not remove the hurdles to your success by shifting your identity to the new you! Process: 1. Visioning Your Ideal Self: Start with a clear and compelling vision of your ideal self. What qualities does this version of you possess? How do they handle challenges? What makes them happy? Visualize how this new identity improves your life. 2. Define the Habits, Experiences, and Expectations of Your Ideal Self: Reflect on the daily routines, social interactions, and personal achievements of your ideal self. How do they start their day? What books do they read? How do they handle setbacks? Establishing these details can make your new identity more tangible and achievable. 3. Affirmations or Gratitude Statements: Create affirmations or gratitude statements that reinforce the traits and behaviours of your new identity. Repeat these daily to open your mind to these qualities in your subconscious—this is especially helpful if this leap is significant and vastly different from your current mindset. 4. Change Your Outlook Along With Your Wardrobe: Sometimes, acting 'as if' can help solidify changes more rapidly. In safe and appropriate settings, begin to act as your new self would and dress the part. This could be in how you make decisions, how you react to stress, or how you prioritize your life and present yourself to the world.

I've worked on shifting my identity for a while. I want to be known as a kind woman that takes no shit. I want to be known as the woman who lives to serve those seeking guidance and compassion. I'd wake up about 9 am, take care of my body, learn something new, and keeping honing my crafts. I try to walk with confidence yet also approachable, I tell myself kind things in the mirror, I reaffirm abundance is my birthright daily. I definitely see a shift in my being when consciously making small adjustments.
Mindful of mindfulness
🌟 Good evening, lovely people! 🌟 In today’s Becoming Conscious Daily post, I'm diving into being mindful of mindfulness! Over the last year or so I've been adding a lot more mindful moments in my day, and mindfulness is not just about enabling us to cope with the day-to-day stress of our lives, but it's also about taking small steps daily, to embrace physical, mental, and emotional well-being. What we do daily we achieve in the long run! So what’s mindfulness really about?… And to be honest I think mindfulness can be as unique as your own personal perspective and therefore can be interpreted into whatever works best for you. Typically, mindfulness is the art of being present and fully engaged with whatever we're doing at the moment—free from distraction, stress or judgment. By integrating mindfulness into our daily routines, we can improve our overall health, enhance our relationships, and live more deeply and fully. It allows us to respond more effectively to stress, boosts our concentration, and promotes a deeper understanding of our bodies and minds. My personal interpretation of mindfulness comes from the angle of self love and compassion. I am typically juggling many things at any given time and so my mindful moments feel like a practice of self-love and creating space. So what are some of the benefits, if you’re not already sneaking it into your day? Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It has been shown to improve cognitive function, increase concentration, and enhance creativity. On a physical level, it can help to lower blood pressure, heart rate. reduce chronic pain and improve sleep. Emotionally, it provides a greater capacity to deal with the challenges of every day live and relationships with less reactivity and more balanced perspectives. A few things to try on for size: 1. Mindful Mornings: Start your day with a mindful moment. This could be a short meditation, a few minutes of deep breathing, or simply setting intentions for the day ahead.

Hi everyone. I'm DeAmbra from New York. I've been on self improvement journey my whole life. I've always strived to be better, to know more, to achieve my dreams. I joined the community in hopes of finding like minded people committed to self growth and discovery. I also joined to see if some blockages could be removed. I'm feeling very stuck and bitter lately. I've done all the work but my outer world doesn't match my inner world. A Year from now I'd like to be happy, with an income stream teaching mindfulness.

Hey Everyone! Grateful to be here 🙏💙♾️
My name is Bradley McAuley-Kinchin. I am based in Surrey just outside of London. I am a qualified Reiki Master and Indigenous Guardian. I am currently creating my own community on Skool called The 432 Academy (TBD) guiding and teaching people about the Mechanics of Reality and how to be infinitely free in this multidimensional universe. Over standing fear, being grounded, healing past trauma, being the masters of their reality etc. Other activities I like to do are making music, watching interesting documentaries, going to the gym, sauna and ice baths, connecting with nature and having cuddles with my beautiful dog called Kimi. I joined this community to connect with like-minded ‘conscious’ people and to grow more on this platform. A year from now, I am authentically expressing myself. Living in Cambodia and Thailand.
