To view all the workout programs in the challenge, click here. This challenge consists of 3 phases, with each phase lasting 1 month and including 6 programs. Every month, we will increase the difficulty level to ensure your continuous progress and avoid hitting a plateau.
This workout plan requires minimal equipment and is not customized for you. BUT, it's a great program for anyone who wants to experience what it's like to train with our fitness app.
