#Step 2: Creating Your BIG IDEA. (Most Important)

Right now I serve 3 different types of people.

Authors who need help publishing their book
People who want to write a book and don’t know how to start
People who want to be part of my book collaborations.

I don’t want to do my own book collaborations anymore because they take way too much time to do and I don’t get enough support from all the contributors. Although this makes the most money, the time investment doesn’t add up.

Publishing workshop
A book marketing plan

My idea is to teach people who want to start their own book collaboration, do it in an efficient way, with me just walking them through the steps and following a structured course.

I can still do all the formatting & design for them because this is what I enjoy doing so I would include this in my packages. I can collaborate with people in book marketing so I would also include their fee and then pay them.

I can also offer affiliate commissions to those offers.
