Middle Blocker

Hey im Alice and I have only recently started playing middle blocker position and i wanted to ask a couple questions about blocking and spiking in general. And figured no better place to ask then here

I was wonder how do position your hands when your in the air
When doing the approach which way do you turn your feet right before your about to jump because I’ve been told to turn them to my right (because im right handed) but I’ve also been told to just jump and not think about it to hard.
