Hi Guys.. Are there any recommended best practices for effectively gathering and utilizing user feedback? Something like user experience rating and review everytime they finish with the tour or after every certain amount hotspot that the user have click? thanks

I have found in my Real Estate tours that I use the same InfoSpots several times in the same tour. ie: I may add the same InfoSpot to several scenes. Unless I'm missing something, I don't see a way to "save" or "recall" an infospot to later use. That means I have to recreate it every time I use it. Am I missing something? Is there a way to "save" or "recall" an InfoSpot instead of creating a new one from scratch every time?

Could we get the name of the tour tagged in the subject line of the email that is sent to the contact? This would be helpful for a client with several tours/properties or if a brokerage has one point of contact for all incoming leads. I'm thinking there may also be some workflows and automations where the tour name in email subject line would be helpful.
