And I know I focus more when I can hold something
So I printed the PDF and a daily log for food, workouts, and engagement in the group (including homework) so that it’s on the table in front of my and never out of sight out of mind
I’ll find what works about this setup and be able to build on that to have all of my health resources in one place!
