I went to my first bootcamp since February 3rd and I didn’t quit. I went slow, modified a lot, and finished the class without re-injuring my ankle.
I was scared coming back would be like my first class postpartum where I made it 15 mins before I was in tears on the turf (those hormones were ROUGH). But I feel so damn good right now! I used to be stronger, sure, but today I did more than I’ve done in almost seven months and that counts for everything.
