You stay objective. People who worship outcomes become fragile. People who praise God stay dangerous — in a good way. Gratitude keeps your ego out of the driver’s seat. And ego crashes businesses. 3. Grit Grit is doing the work long after motivation leaves. After the launch. After the likes. After nobody’s watching. Every successful entrepreneur I know has done boring, repetitive, unsexy work longer than they wanted to. Talent gets attention. Grit builds empires. 4. Perseverance Perseverance isn’t intensity. It’s continuity. Anyone can go hard for 30 days. Very few can stay steady for 3 years. Most businesses don’t fail — people quit during the awkward middle where nothing is obvious yet. If you can keep moving while results are quiet, you’re already ahead. 5. Patience Patience is understanding lag. Results don’t show up on your timeline. They show up on the market’s. Impatient entrepreneurs sabotage compounding by chasing relief. Patient ones let time amplify correct decisions. If you understood how long things actually take, you’d stop panicking so early. 6. Acceptance Acceptance is telling the truth about where you are.

Happy New Year 2026 Every year I aim to have "One Word" that I use to define the year... For 2026, it's "CREATE"... A daily reminder to myself from today: Create Over Consumption. This year, you focus on building systems that create wealth. Remove low leverage work that drains you and focus on needle moving activities everyday. You're already a "category of one." Obsession beats talent. What are the rabbit holes you talk about? What are the results/transformations you're creating? Your unapologetic unique personality. Remember those 3 things above and that's your Unique Ability. When you think "who's going to buy my stuff"? Just remember how many billions of people there are online... Let that sink in. Work on these 6 areas: 1. Make Offers (what you sell) 2. Traffic (lead generation) 3. Marketing Funnels (converting leads into sales) 4. Sales (getting people to buy your stuff) — end of day cashflow 5. Product fulfillment 6. Re-inventing your identity Get offers out there. Make more offers. This is a single piece of advice that John Reese gave to me — he was the dude that made $1 million in a day. I used that to go to Russell Brunson and sell him a $1.3 million cash for a single "domain name" I bought for $5K. Make more offers. Advertising that turns a profit every single day. Cashflow every single day from cashflowy businesses online. Focus on personal brand and building your brand (with your face or with A.I). Hire help and delegate. If you want to make $1 million the next 12 months: - It's 100 sales at $10K each - Or 200 sales at $5K each - It's $84K a month - It's $2.7K-$3K a day - It's usually 100-300 visitors per day - 20-50 leads a day We literally create and install these systems for our clients in under 7 days. Get booked calls. Make 1-2 sales a day. Not that hard. Followup with quality prospects using Ads + Retargeting campaigns.
