To be totally honest, this has been a great experience. I only wish I had more time and would put some extra time into studying. When I used it seriously, along with some other studying of course, I went up 350 rating in about 3-4 months. Everyone is super friendly and the puzzles are very creative and instructive. If you follow the plan it won't fail you.

New to the school but already enjoy it, lessons are well managed and coaches are very good. Add to it a nice community, it's the perfect place to learn chess
