Today's practice for myself, went quite well. A very busy mind in the beginning but as always it cleared up. How was your practice today? I'd love to hear from some new voices. So happy Monday friends. I was very encouraged to actually take the time to jump into step 3 of the classroom in meditation. If you haven't done this guided moment. click here This 16 minutes of just taking the time to breath and do some nostril breathing with the awareness of letting go of the stress of the day of everything compiling up. missed today's sit because I am at the gym. but I am now getting a 20 minute sit in the infrared sauna after a good leg workout. have a great monday everyone.
