These 3 Tools For Meditation Are Essential
Friends, Made a short video about the three levels of meditation we teach. As this is for YouTube, it’s targeted for more of a postmodern audience. Traditionally we say, shamatha, vipashyana, and shikantaza (or nonmeditation) We can also look at these methods as practical tools to apply: 1 increase our focus 2 cultivate high EQ/Resilience 3 increase innovation/creativty Here’s the breakdown: https://youtu.be/7-vanlIBehg Have a happy 4th of July weekend ya’ll. Be safe, go shoot some fireworks, and ponder what was here 250 years ago. With warmth, B 🤠

Clearing the mind
The mind is clearer with each meditation. 😊

No session tonight
Dear friends, We won’t be having our regular Tuesday 7pm session today as I’m unavailable. I look forward to meditating with you all, next Tuesday 7pm cst. In the meantime, tomorrow evening I’ll be hosting a nondual meditation in East Austin, at Pershing House 6:30pm. For our Sangha, it’s freely offered. I’ll post a link to that shortly. With warmth, Brandon @⁨Jarred Curcio⁩ and @⁨Dennis⁩ thank you for making it possible 🙏
