I write fun contemporary and historical romance novels that deliver high-stakes adventures, along with some action or a little mystery, while also weaving in fascinating fragments of oft overlooked history. My stories promise readers witty banter, alpha heroes and strong-willed heroines, plus loads of romantic tension. Most notable–so far–in my career is the Publishers Weekly 🌟 starred review for my Scottish historical romance, Never Cross a Highlander, which features the romance industry’s first-ever Black Highlander hero. 🗡️ My hometown is Kansas City, Missouri, and yes, I’m absolutely a Chiefs fan!
