Last week was rough being stuck in bed in a haze all week. I was able to get up a bit Sunday, enough to go to church and stand, and was walking around yesterday. 😁 Thank you all for your kind support.💙 We have a lot to catch up on but this is a busy week out of town with an Owners Club meeting for 4 days in San Antonio. Anyone you want me to connect with to be a guest speakers in here❓ In the two weeks following this meeting we will get back our our meetings schedule 📆 ... launch the drip campaign with our Premium 💪 members (let's discuss email wording in the next call), and relaunch the entire Skool group content (80% complete) and structure. 💥 The goal of this group (call it Orbit🪐, Bird Dog🐕 or Partners) is to get YOU deals. I need to find better ways to help you, and if you have ideas comment below. 👇 No idea is a bad one, but not all ideas will be pursued. 😉 ... and I think there are three questions above, so I expect a lot of thoughts and ideas from this amazing group of people!
JV bank statements
I have someone who needs to show post close liquidity for a lender. Bank statements showing the funds of 1.6 million. He only needs to show it on a bank statement and have a jv agreement. Anyone know without could do this?
Proof of Funds
Do we provide POF for auction properties? And is the 1% an upfront fee?
My journey so far...
My journey so far...I signed up for Gator with Pace last October. I listened to the videos, went through the course and then started veering off and tried bird dogging for some people to find them RV parks. I was a bit intimidated by the lending aspect and wasnt sure if I could do it (have been working on my mindset with that). I put the lending on the back burner, hoping I could get a deal faster with bird dogging. I learned a ton and made some amazing connections, but in late January after talking with a Owners Club member, I switched directions back to transactional funding and decided to buckle down and really focus. Since then I have been learning all I can, and have had a few deals submitted that I have had the opportunity to watch almost get to the finishline (thanks Justin and Paul for helping and teaching me so much along the way). I have been so close and I want that first deal and many others so badly, but trying not to feel too much urgency. I know they will come and I continue to do daily outreach, daily phone calls with people I meet on FB, and build my network. Not sure if sharing my journey so far is helpful, but it really is a grind some days and connections are everything. I hope to get that first deal soon just like many of you! I plan to continue staying focused and have noticed as I talk about transactional funding I am way more confident thanks to all I have learned here and this awesome community. Thanks for all the support everyone, we will get those deals!
