Wins: My biggest career Win is that I was able to enter my dream company PWC early in my Career (and yes I did a lot of work to get there) then moved on to KPMG, 2 of the big4! Where I was fortunate enough to be able to work and learn from many industries and various large size companies, through consulting in Human resource systems, mainly "Workday"! Then I got tired of employee routine and followed some contractors who were working for Big4 ! I tried to network with them and learn their secrets but wasn’t successful! As they were very conservative about these contracts! Long story short, with my willpower and curiosity personality, I found it! I learned a way to became an independent consultant! And get high-paying clients! All of a sudden my income tripled!! Lots of fun, Amazing pay and amazing flexibility! This lifestyle helped me choose my preferred projects to work on and decline the rest! I have consulted various clients in Workday HR systems such as Major Banks,Retails (Loblaws), Healthcare ( Cancer Care Ontario), etc across different industries which gave me a great perspective. In workday data conversion consulting industry, we go by total number of employees of the companies portfolio we consulted , for me this number is above 1 million headcount, having 100,000 under loblaw and metro stores chain itself! I have consulted as Workday Data and HRIS solution architect and currently as a Senior Workday ERP Engineer at a large healthcare organization across 10 states and I work remotely. But I do travel alot between US and Canada!

✨🚀 Understanding the Networking Capacity of 150 Members Most people see BTE as a coaching community. What they don’t understand is the scale of the network sitting behind it. Let’s break it down. We currently have 150 active members. Each member has, on average, at least 1,000 professional connections on LinkedIn. (Some have 2,000… some have 5,000… but let’s stay conservative.) That alone gives us: 150 × 1,000 = 150,000 direct professional connections. This is the baseline minimum capacity of BTE. But the real power comes from the network effect. LinkedIn works in layers. Your connections have their own network. When someone likes, comments, or shares your content, it travels into the next layer. So if your 1,000 connections also have 1,000 connections, the extended network becomes: 150,000 × 1,000 = 150 million second-degree connections. Even if only 1% of that extended network sees our content through shares, comments, or viral engagement… That’s 1.5 million impressions — from just one wave of activity. This is no longer a small room. This is a digital city strong enough to shift the career trajectory of anyone inside it. What This Means for You 🔥 Every time you post, you don’t speak to 20 people… you speak to 150,000. 🔥 Every time you win, the entire community learns and grows. 🔥 Every time we run a challenge, we activate a network large enough to compete with real organizations. 🔥 Your network becomes BTE’s network — and BTE’s network becomes yours. A strategic look at the real networking power sitting inside our community Base Calculation • 150 active BTE members • Minimum 1,000 professional LinkedIn connections each 150 × 1,000 = 150,000 first-degree connections This is the minimum verified reach. But that’s only the beginning. Extended Network Effect (LinkedIn Multiplier) LinkedIn operates on a 1 → 100 → 10,000 visibility curve. Conservatively: • If each member’s 1,000 connections also have 1,000 connections, you reach 150,000 × 1,000 = 150 million second-degree connections. Even if only 1% of that extended network sees or reacts to BTE-related content through shares, comments, or engagement, that’s: 1.5 million impressions from one wave of BTE activity. And this calculation still uses the minimum connection count. Many members have: • 2,000 • 3,000 • 5,000 So the actual reach is even higher. Realistic Community Capacity (Conservative Scenario) Assuming: • Some members have 2,000+ connections • Only 20% of members actively post or engage • Only 5–10% of impressions convert to profile visits Your community has the potential to generate: • 300,000–450,000 direct impressions per wave • 1M–3M extended impressions through 2nd-degree visibility • 20,000–60,000 profile visits • 2,000–6,000 warm leads over time This is the power of identity + consistency + network density.
