My neighbour in Dubai...
I just interviewed this 33 year old multi millionaire for example. I asked him: "How did you start your online coaching business, how did you grow it, and how did you exit it for MILLIONS?" You won't find this sort of information anywhere else but here.

## 🗒️ Answer Ted, thank you for your comprehensive and inspiring community and this post It's truly incredible to see the amount of resources and dedication that have gone into creating a clear pathway for success. I am genuinely appreciative of the wealth of guidance you've provided for starting and scaling a $10,000/month online coaching business. @Sebastian Holle yes 🙌🏻
Your work environment...
I'm no psychic but I can tell within 1 minute of Zooming someone if they'll succeed or fail as an entrepreneur just by seeing their environment. Noisy, cluttered, full of distractions? Failure environment. Quiet, clean, peaceful? Success environment. That's why when my team & I work with clients one of the first things we do is optimize their office environment for success. Need 30 seconds of inspiration to optimize your space? Watch this. Your environment will dramatically affect how much productive work you get done. Ever tried working in a sauna? Doesn’t work so well! Personally, I've worked all over the world… I’ve worked in an optimized office space, and I've worked in an airplane. I’ve worked in Ecuador, and I’ve worked in Canada. I’ve worked in Airbnbs, and I’ve worked at coffee shops. I’ve worked on the beach, and I’ve worked in the forest. And while the travel life is glamourized, it does make it a lot harder to get work done. For me, I've found that having a long term rental, with an optimized work/office space somewhere in the house allows me to tap into my flow state genius a lot easier. So, how can you optimize the place where you live and work for maximum focus, productivity, and enjoyment? Do you want a stand up desk? A walking treadmill? A grounding mat? Speakers? Candles? Carpet? Paintings? Plants? Nice backdrop? Better mic? Better camera? Comfy clothes? New chair? Cleaner desk? What temperature do you like it? Incense? Air purifier? Headphones? Motivational Quotes? Pick a place to create your dream office, then write a list of everything you need to do to make it happen. Pro tip: Create a schedule that states clearly when you’ll enter and exit your work space. Share that schedule with your partner/family, and stick to it like your business success depends on it. Show up and work in your office as if you were an employee showing up for their shift each day.

Thank you for that thread! The work environment, daily routines, and health are all crucial elements of productivity. Of course, individual tolerance and resilience to stress, distractions, and multitasking vary greatly. I used to joke about people who are overly tidy. My late husband, an exceptional entrepreneur with a remarkable mindset and service spirit, was quite the opposite—utterly chaotic. I, on the other hand, am more structured. Now, my four children and I (hello, chaos!) live with my new partner, a Virgo and mechanic who values order. This has been a significant learning curve for me. Take a look at the snapshot of my work environment: Picture two my view on the lake and picture three from outside of my homeoffice —it's not as tidy as I'd like, but I'm proud of the improvements I've made throughout my home and work manners. I've enhanced my work structure well and my financial management, kitchen organization, children's schedules, laundry processes, and more. I even share these experiences on my mom blog. On another note, I often see digital nomads claiming to work from pools, various venues, and airports. But how is this feasible amidst the distractions? How can they maintain success with unstable Wi-Fi, lack of routine, and constant disruptions? As a highly sensitive person who may have ADHD, I find maintaining consistency challenging. My home base is Switzerland. In places like Greece (my second home) and Lebanon, it's been impossible to achieve the same level of routine and performance without a reliable Wi-Fi connection, amidst unfamiliar scents and glare on my screen. So, how do digital nomads manage to work effectively from anywhere?
