I Ate Raw For 11 Months (no meat)
About 10 years ago I was on a raw diet for 11 months. I only ate raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and raw cheese for almost a year. I ate a salad every meal, and I didn’t eat cooked food one single time. I was inspired to go vegan by a guy named John Kohler through his YouTube channel “growingyourgreens”. At 11 months on the diet I tried cooked food and i had a heavy feeling in my gut that I hadn’t had in 10-11 months. Then I did it, I ate some fish and it was equally as life changing for me as going on the raw vegan diet. I could feel the fish energizing (in a numbing type of way) every cell of my body. It might have been because I wasn’t eating any oil for that 11 months. In the past year I have eaten mainly vegetables, nuts, and raw sheep and goat cheese. I have had barely any fruit and I always have lots of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I eat lots of sorghum grain as well. After hearing @Ted Carr talk about his experience going raw vegan it has got me thinking. I know that if I went raw vegan again, plus raw sheep and goat cheese, I would feel that lighter feeling again. Ted has reawakened the raw vegan in me (I can’t shake it) Is this group a vegan group? If I include raw sheep and goat cheese, what is that diet called or classified as? Do vegans look at milking animals as a bad thing? I’m asking so that I can figure out how to craft/shape my product. As I keep going over it in my mind, I can’t defend the raw cheese from a vibrational standpoint. P.S. I just got my first beta client today!
