What I mean by this are things like: - Ice baths - Painful stretching positions for a prolonged time - Prologned fasting - Going beyond your limitations while doing cardio - etc

Hey guys I am starting on this Creator journey and I would like to ask you guys that have more experience how to proper create the script of the videos... Should I create a text and read it out loud during the video or do you guys recommend creating some bullet points and talking more freely on them? Appreciate your attention!
