Zendesk automation
Hi, I'm new to using n8n and would appreciate some guidance.
Has anyone here successfully set up an n8n automation with Zendesk?
I'm trying to build a workflow where I can send a prompt to Zendesk requesting a report, and in response it generate a report—either in a table or graph format. i.e. number of ticket open, no. ticket close, etc
I’d really appreciate any examples, documentation, or tips if you've done something similar or know how this workflow can be achieved. Thanks in advance!
