Session 4 and 5 talk
So I finally watches session 4 all the way and meditated. I almost fell asleep doing it 馃ぃ. It felt good. And session 5 is an eye opener. I definitely need to do mirror exercises. When you talked about that I felt uncomfortable like there is no way I can actually do that. So I'm gonna prove myself wrong!!
