This time of year? It's HARD.
The mornings feel darker, colder. Getting out of bed, going to the gym, preparing meals—it all feels like more of a grind. The pull towards comfort, the desire to take it easy, grows stronger.
But here’s the thing: IT'S BECAUSE IT'S HARDER THAT WE MUST PUSH HARDER.
