I personally love them! It's always a little reset on the previous week to just get dialled in on your goals.

For me...
  • Train or stretch every day (I'm tight as fuck right now!!)
  • 4 hours of DEEP work every morning.
  • 1 house task ticked off each night (I have A LOT to do)
If I get that done this week I'll be extremely happy!
