Hi my name is Nzingah Haitian-American based in South Florida. I now call myself cultural wellness guide because my content is collision of my cultural experience and my wellness journey. Long story short I got diagnosed with a brain tumor, pcos, and autoimmune and used holistic medicine and practices to heal myself.
