Hi everyone! 👋 I’m excited to join this group and learn from all of you. I’m a self-storage investor and part of the Cactus investment underwriting team, where we’ve developed the fastest AI-powered deal analyzer for self-storage and multifamily properties.

I’m currently exploring wholesaling to see if we can build a tool tailored for this industry, and I’d love your feedback!
