Hey everyone! I wanted to share a recent experience that was both challenging and rewarding. I recently signed a new client for property management, but we had a misunderstanding right at the start. I had arranged a guest for their house, but the guest decided last minute to go with another property. While I understood the guest鈥檚 choice, my new client didn鈥檛 see it the same way, which led to some frustration.
This taught me an important lesson: it鈥檚 crucial to set clear boundaries right from the beginning, especially when starting new partnerships. Sometimes, you have to stand firm to ensure a smooth path forward.
But here's the good news鈥攚e just had our first booking for that house, and it went great! 馃帀 It鈥檚 a reminder that while challenges may arise, perseverance always pays off. 馃挮
