Hi can you suggest the best to use AutoDS or CJ Dropshipping

I've been using Cj Dropshipping but now switched the Autods and it's been great but just some days ago, the orders and not dropshipped automatically, I have to fulfill them manually and this make it slower, I fulfill more than $3,000 orders which make more than $1,000 orders charged back by buyers, do anyone know how I can sort that issue or i should just go back to CJ dropshopping?
