Need some tips for outreach

I am doing outreach for a while and I am now running out of potential clients accounts to outreach. My first source was twitter where I would search “looking for editors” kind of post where I get some editors post, clients looking for shorts and clients looking for finance niche and just few opportunities of content what I am editing. My portfolio is centred towards entertainment content like gaming, reacts, smooth animations so I don’t know where to outreach for specific niche clients. If you say just go on youtube and find Channels, then what I get is mostly high subscribers and bigger channels but I don’t have any social proof so there is little to no chance that it would work. Also please let me know how do I find youtube channels that are just starting out or has low subscribers count and view count so that I can help them with editing. For example if I need a youtube channel with less than 50k in reaction content, how do I find it? Apart from these I also outreach using ytjobs post and discord servers job post.

I am aiming for 20 outreaches a day hut fall short of accounts to outreach. Please drop your suggestions.
