Hey 👋🏼 I’m still here and still making progress.
I’m proud of myself for sticking with my goals (no fast food, daily movement, no alcohol, cold showers, and good sleep…), but disappointed I’ve fallen off keeping this challenge updated. Part of my goals is to be on my phone less and I’m doing great with that, but it’s been tough to keep up with the challenge. That said, I’m so grateful for this group for inspiring me to kick start this journey. I love watching you all thrive and appreciate this community!
