CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (FULL REMOTE)
Monthly Salary Range: ₱16,000 - ₱22,000 + bonus
The Quick Company has been able to garner tremendous traction across industries over a small period of time. Our goal is to simplify global logistics for businesses of every size. The job will require the candidate to work 6 hours a day tackling queries. Working time would be negotiable.
Core tasks would be:
1. Onboard new customers
2. Resolve queries
3. Routinely check the user's account and ensure they don’t have any issues. Another aspect of the job would consist of collecting feedback and analysing the issues that we are facing.
Expectations:
  • The candidate is expected to have a technical background to understand the granularities of our work.
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • The candidate should have excellent communication skills and patience to work with our clients.
