My (Why) is because I’m now smart enough to know I can’t chase my passion, which is rebuilding communities with my philanthropy work, (raise a big healthy and happy family) or raise a team of leaders without being RICH!!
Why are setting goals important? Well, there’s no progress without metrics and milestones.
Goals:
Build out 5 more short term rental properties on land.
Build a workshop on the land where returning citizens can be trained in construction trades and fitness certifications on the property.
And then go look for 50 acres and do it all over again!. I want regional locations.
