A Second U members: please spend some time this weekend working on your real estate goals. Try to come up with :
- What would your ideal property be? Home, condo, beach house, mountain cabin, etc.
- What would your timeline be?
- What is your budget? Come up with a number for a down payment that you can come up with?
Keep in mind, this is for your first investment, NOT an aspirational $5m mansion. Keep it very realistic.
I will be working with each one of you to fine tune this.
