I start the day by deciding that I will control my thoughts and my words. I know that I can train my own mind with positive affirmations.. Affirmations or positive attitudes are one of the ways. Affirmations are positive statements that describe the state I want to achieve. Their repetition beautifies my life, raises self-confidence, brings cheerfulness into every new day. They are efficient, simple and give quick results. They don't ask me for a special concentration, nor any great experience in the so-called "working on themselves". When my subconscious adopts them, such a way of thinking will be taken for granted, and so will my cheerfulness of mind. I want to share very important information with you.. Method of repetition: In order for my affirmations to really have the desired effect, it is very important for me to say them with full attention and a lot of emotion. I immerse myself in them and believe that they are already true, I look forward to them from the very depths, the interior of my being... Namely, if I don't believe in them myself, I won't convince my subconscious either. Then the repetition of affirmations will be ordinary self-deception.
