Absolutely not. In fact, it is designed to be as short as possible. It can be done in less than an hour.
I used to have a routine that would take 2+ hours. I'd go for an 1- hour run, then meditate for 45 minutes. Then I would journal, read, and plan my day. It felt like I was so productive.
But then I realized that it was actually making me less effective, less focused, and I was making less money. As a result, I also started feeling guilty and frustrated with myself because I was investing so much time into something that wasn't getting me the results that I wanted.
That's when I paired it down to the essentials that prepped me for success all-day long. I cut out all the extra and focused on the things that actually made the biggest difference and got me the best results.
The results are absolutely life changing.
Plus, I have more time at the end of the day because I am so focused and effective early in the day. Leaving me extra time to do more of the things I love, and to be present with the people in my life.
