Alpha / Dominant
Hello,
It has become apparent that I need to be the dominant person around. I own my house and my business and thus need to tell people what to do and have their full commitment. And meeting people in the middle hasn't been working. So I will have to cement myself as alpha. I have took my business and health to the next level and interested in the sports psychology, aka, the alpha mindset, that is a missing but crucial piece to the puzzle.
