The more I watch your videos, the more I get the power of your Holistic Framework. Thank you again. It's brilliant.
I have a few questions after watching the whole Holistic Framework :
- Why is there always 7 items per pillar?
- In the last video, what is the difference between horizontal and vertical scaling? Is vertical scaling a synonym of increasing the daily ad budget?
- What is the budget to start a Minimum Viable System for a digital product? Do you have a rough estimate? Is it essentially all the software cost you need?
