I originally made this post for the MaxPremium Community, but it seems that people who are not involved in Growth Operating (which is just a fancy way of saying working with a creator to monetize their audience) have also found it appealing.
They mentioned that there are useful nuggets, specially in the second part about communication.
You may not be familiar with the model, but I'm confident youโll find something valuable in the post.
So... here we go:
_ _ _ _ _ _ _
Iโve been involved in Growth Operating for about 4-5 months and I am currently working with a creator who has 5 million followers.
I really think this is the best approach for beginners because it's a serviceโyou invest your time, not moneyโand you learn incredibly fast. Having access to the creatorโs audience allows for a quick feedback loop.
With that said, I want to start sharing some of the strategies that have worked for me in a series, making this the #1 post.

In this post, I will explain my lead scraping and cold outreach process.

'Why do you want the email when you can just DM them?'
I've tried both methods. The creatorsโ DMs are flooded with messages just like yours. Itโs much more effective to contact them through their professional channel (they will also receive an email notification, increasing the chances of them reading your message).
The best method to scrape any email is with a free Google Chrome extension called 'Email Hunter'. This extension provides all the 'visible' email addresses on a webpage. Often, the email address will be directly in their profile. If not, you'll need to click the link in their bio and navigate through their website or other links, checking Email Hunter until an email address appears. Once you find it, copy it and save it in a Google Sheet. Create a list of email addresses in this Google Sheet and ensure to add the IG link next to each address so you know who is who.
You will definitely run out of leads faster than you can email them, so make sure to spend 1 hour daily scraping qualified email addresses.
This process may seem very manual, but not every creator is qualified for this, so I went through them one by one to ensure they were a potential fit before scraping their email addresses and wasting my time contacting them.

Until you gain some experience, the email will take most of your time. Hereโs exactly what I sent:

Subject Line:
Hey [NAME], I recorded a video for you :)
(Pro tip: Use cool fonts in your header to make it stand out. See them here.) Body:
(VIDEO)
Hello [NAME]! Above is a video that I have recorded just for you (it's only 2 minutes).
As I've mentioned in the video, if the idea sounds interesting or you have any doubts, feel free to reply to this email and we can have a chat about it!
Best,

Yes, you will need to record a personalized Loom video, or as I like to call it, a "Pipe Bomb๐ฃ".
I wonโt give you my exact script, but I will share the framework I used to create it.
If I just gave you my video script, you might have some success, but you wouldnโt understand why each word, pause, and intonation is as it is. Itโs better for you to grasp the framework and then build your own script.
PIPE BOMB FRAMEWORK ๐ฃ
Delivery:
- Mood -> The energy in the first 5 seconds is crucial. Be in a good mood. Sound happy.
- Confidence -> Are you confident that you can genuinely help this person? Truly believe in what youโre saying.
- Speed -> Find the right balance. Talk quickly to maintain attention through the less interesting but necessary parts, and slow down to emphasize the important points at the end. Start quickly and elongate words when making key points.
- Tone -> Avoid sounding robotic; memorize the script and deliver it as if you were speaking to a friend.
- Review -> Watch your videos and analyze them. Aim to improve something with every video.
- Script Tips -> Use commas in your script, not periods. This helps the delivery flow naturally without unnecessary stops.
Script Skeleton:
Time:
- Duration: Keep videos no longer than 2 minutes.
- Self-Mention: Limit the time spent talking about yourself as low as possible.
- Focus Ratio: Aim for 80-90% of the content to be about the prospect (you), and 10-20% about yourself (we, I...).
- Effectiveness: The less you talk about yourself, the more effective the video is. Conversely, the more you focus on the prospect, the higher the potential conversion rate.
Estructure:
- Get to the point -> Offer (how you package up your solution, guarantee) & Why (problem you can solve).
Example:
โ> Reason (the why). Hook them with something awesome. 'I am sending this video to tell you something that you are going to love.' Embrace vagueness and assumption. 'Even though you donโt know me yet, I assume you will love me to the ends of the earth because of what Iโm about to tell you, and itโs amazing.' I want to introduce you to something you are going to love.
โ> Connective and potential disqualification. Filter out those who are not a good fit. 'We have found that this only works with a specific type of creator, and we want to ensure you are that type. Even if thereโs only a 10% chance that you are, it will still be worth your while to find out.'
โ> Offer: 3 key benefits or outcomes. Talk about risk reversals, focus on outcomes and the future. Discuss niche nuances and specific problems. Avoid discussing the actual service. Foster curiosity and provide incentives.
โ> Explain myself - TRUST. Why someone would trust you to respond. Why they should trust you to handle it.
โ> Wrap it up. 'So, as Iโve already mentioned, this isnโt for everyone, but Iโve been reviewing your profile and I think it might be a good fit. Iโm not 100% sure, but Iโd like to figure out if thatโs the truth, so letโs schedule an appointment. You can leave your card at home; I promise, no sales call. I want to explore your profile and your problems to see if you qualify for the offer we have on the table.

Hope u liked it captivators!
The next steps would be our follow-ups, setting up the Google Sheet to track everything and creating a cool presentation to show in the videos.
Then obviously booking the sales call, the actual sales call, signing the contract and product delivery.
I will make these posts anyway, do you want me to share it here too? :D
P.S. I'm trying to secure that @joel link for my profile. If you liked this post, could you follow me so I can secure that? I'll follow you back, thanks :)
