Morning routines can be REALLY beneficial
For your HEALTH, your WELLBEING, FITNESS ect. ๐Ÿš€
But are they good for BUSINESS?
Many people online atm have SUPER long morning routines.
In-fact, some of them take up the whole MORNING.
But are they really THAT necessary?
If they're taking up half of the DAY...
You won't be able to get as NEARLY as much work done. ๐Ÿ“‰
I'm not saying you SHOULDN'T have a morning routine...
But...
If you want to BOOST your health, your fitness, wellbeing ect.
While also making TREMENDOUS amounts of progress ๐Ÿ’ธ on your BUSINESS...
Follow THIS framework for crafting an effective MORNING ROUTINE.
Which brings the BEST of both worlds.

๐Ÿ’ผ GET STRAIGHT TO WORK ASAP:
Many billionaire's personal morning routines is:
  • Waking UP
  • Having COFFEE โ˜•
  • and getting STRAIGHT to WORK.
Many of them BELIEVE that the idea that EXTENSIVE routines, (example: ice baths or saunas), aren't NECESSARY for productivity.
Instead, they focus on starting work immediately to MAXIMIZE output in their work
However...
โŒ This extremely minimalistic morning routine is NOT sustainable in the long run.
Your health overtime is going to DECLINE because you're not doing anything to directly IMPROVE or MAINTAIN it.
So I've got an ACTIONABLE STEP you can take, which will infact still IMPROVE your HEALTH, but also your BUSINESS.
๐ŸŽฏ ACTIONABLE STEP: Try to MINIMIZE your morning routine as MUCH as you CAN, but don't be TOO minamilistic. Get in a few WINS (like drinking a liter of water, brief meditation ect). Then start WORK as SOON AS YOU CAN.

๐Ÿ“ˆ GET THE BIGGEST ROI WORK DONE FIRST THING:
The most EFFECTIVE morning routine is one that maximizes both the VOLUME and LEVERAGE of work (so therefore, you get in a lot of work)
Non-work activities, regardless of their BENEFITS, do not contribute directly to WORK productivity.
However, some of them significantly DO.
But if you're spending most of your TIME on them.
It's not going to help out.
So try move some of those things to AFTER your first deep work sesh.
๐ŸŽฏ ACTIONABLE STEP: If you've got an extensive morning routine you do, move some of those ROUTINES to AFTER your first deep work session in the morning.

The thing is...
SUCCESS depends more on consistent WORK and OUTPUT rather than the specific activities performed in the MORNING.
I challenge you to replace most habits in your morning ROUTINE with actual WORK ๐Ÿ’ผ to see significant improvements in productivity and work output.

Do you think that this would be sustainable in the long run?
NO.
I used to be in the same boat where I would have an overly long, extensive morning routine...
I would end up getting ZERO work done.
So I started doing the WAKE UP and work STRAIGHT AWAY tactic. ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป
Without doing ANYTHING else
This definitely DID help my business short-term. ๐Ÿ’ต
BUT
I ended up having WORSE sleep and WORSE energy overtime...
Which lead to me having WORSE productivity.
And my business started to DECLINE because of that. ๐Ÿ“‰
So in MY opinion.
I think you need to make the BEST of BOTH worlds.

๐ŸŽฏ So for the BEST results (ACTIONABLE STEP)
  • You should wake up, stack a few W's (quick meditation, quick cold shower, drinking water), then get to work as SOON as possible.
  • After your first bout of work, THEN do your fancy morning routine stuff to further BOOST your energy.
  • And from THERE you can do some MORE work.
  • You'll have MORE energy โšก, and MORE drive and motivation to get even MORE work done, BECAUSE of those other habits you'll do in the morning routine (After your first deep work bout)
