What is this hidden reason hindering your progress?

STEP 0: The Symptoms
These symptoms all stem from this problem.
And chances are youโve GOT these symptoms yet donโt realize it.
They include:
- Fatigue
- Lack of energy/focus
- Burnout
- Stress
Think of your mind/body like a car.
And that car leads you to your destination (e.g. $10K/mo)
How are you going to drive that car to that destination if itโs got barely any fuel?
Itโs the same with these symptoms.
Coincidentally, what do all of these symptoms have in common?
POOR SLEEP.
That is the main cause for all those symptoms.

Fixing my sleep took me from where I was a couple months ago making no progress to now making more progress in a day than I used to in a few months
How do you actually fix your sleep though?
Just a reminder before we get into this:
You must be fully committed, take action and stay consistent to see results otherwise everything you read from now will be USELESS and serves no purpose.

STEP 1: How To Fall Asleep Faster
Me staying consistent with these habits took me from nights where all Iโd be doing was lying awake restless,
to falling asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow.
STEP 1.1: Non-Negotiables
These are bare necessities that you need to initiate sleep.
Such as:
- Not having any food 3 hours before bed
- Staying consistent with sleep schedule
- Quitting bad habits (porn, video games, junk food, drugs/alcohol)
- No artificial lights/dark environment at night.
When I started trying to fix my sleep I wasnโt seeing any results because I was optimizing niche areas without staying consistent and getting the basics right.
Necessities > everything else.
STEP 1.2: Clearing Your Mind
Youโll often find your mind will be keeping you UP at night.
How come?
Itโs racing about your business since you got barely any shit done.
Hereโs some ways you can stop this from happening and clear your mind:
- Worry Journaling (journal all your thoughts out)
- Planning out the next day
- Getting out of bed when you get those thoughts
- Breathwork
Pick about 1 - 2 of these, stay consistent and youโll be able to clear your mind before/in bed.
Since it helps to get those thoughts out of your MIND.
STEP 1.3: Cooling Your Body
Itโs needed for there to be a 1C drop in your core body temperature in order to initiate sleep.
So we want to do things that leverage this in the evening/at night.
Such as:
- Warm shower (have for 1 - 3 mins abt an hour before bed)
- Sleeping naked
- Leaving your window open at night
From my personal experience for years Iโd be sweating at night because of how hot it was,
From just these THREE things Iโve never struggled with it at all again.
STEP 1.4: Caffeine Caution
A lot of problems with your sleep can be because of your caffeine usage.
If you wanna drink caffeine without the negatives of poor sleep:
- Have it 12 hours before bed
- And consume 1 - 3mg per kilo of your bodyweight.

STEP 2: Staying Asleep
This section will make sure you stay asleep,
and that if you do end up waking up you can fall asleep again easily
(Go back to the falling asleep section above if necessary)
STEP 2.1: Avoid Noises
Try make sure your room is quiet,
since loud noises can WAKE you up (if youโre in light stages of sleep)
Either:
- Make sure your house is quiet at night
- Invest into a pair of earplugs
- Soundproof your room (quite expensive lol)
For me my house is quiet at night so Iโve never struggled with this.
But this will be useful for you if you live in a busy city/loud environment.
STEP 2.2: Stop checking the time
Iโd always check the time at night as a kid and that would make me stressed and anxious.
โIโve gotta get up in 4 hours Iโll lose sleep!โ
Meanwhile ending up losing sleep because of worrying about it haha.
Just turn away all of your clocks at night,
and keep your phone out of your room turned off.
STEP 2.3: How to never use the bathroom at night again
Iโve gone from waking up several times each night needing to use the bathroom to never waking up during the night at all.
This is fairly simple,
just simply:
- Use the bathroom right before bed and get it all out
- Donโt drink water an hour before bed.
Itโs so simple no need to overcomplicate things haha.
STEP 2.4: Breathing
If youโre breathing wrong, youโre sleeping WRONG.
This is because if youโre breathing with your mouth it can have several consequences which impact your health, productivity and business.
Nasally breathingโs naturally the correct way so we want to do things that will make us do THAT.
You could:
- Breathe through your nose all the time
- Get micropore tape and stick it on your mouth at night
- Get nasal strips and wear them at night
- Use alkalol/netipot (quite advanced and only needed if you really struggle with sleep)

STEP 3: Waking Up Energized AF
This will make sure that you wake with a fucking JOLT out of bed ready to work.
Following these took me from staying in bed lying awake with no motivation/desire to get up,
to jolting the fuck out of bed each morning (without alarms!!!)
STEP 3.1: Consistency and No Alarms
Your body needs to be naturally waking up around the same/similar time each day,
when it does that same time each day it makes it more predictable for your body allowing it to further activate those mechanisms at that time
Just go to bed at the same time each night to ensure this.
STOP using alarms as well,
I know youโve been listening to the productivity gurus telling you to use them, but theyโre all lying to you.
When you use alarms youโre FORCED out of sleep and that shows that you might naturally need more sleep than you think you do.
Otherwise overtime a sleep debt will accumulate, leading to burnout which will fuck up your progress.
STEP 3.2: Eat The Frog
Wake up and the first thing you should do is do the hardest work for the day.
After this everything else is gonna be extremely easy, itโll be a breeze and youโll have tons of momentum to crush the day afterwards.
STEP 3.3: Sunlight
I remember when Iโd be tired all the time just trying to work on my business but struggling.
Coincidentally I was also inside all of the time haha.
When weโre in the sun weโre literally running on nuclear fuel.
Take advantage of it bro, spend 5 - 10 mins in the sun abt an hour after waking each morning and itโll fully wake you up
You can even try some other things as well to making sunlight-viewing even better, like:
- Grounding
- Breathwork/meditation
- Visualization
STEP 3.4: Cold Showers
By far the best energy booster possible.
That primal shock you get is enough to fully wake you up and ready to tackle the day.
Have this for about a minute to three minutes, after your first long deep work session and youโll be ready to do hours more.
