I’m a little sick so this was my worst one yet
✅ read my book still
❌didn’t workout just went in steam room and sauna
✅ did the cold exposure when I came home in the shower
❌didn’t wake up early
❌ didn’t track my macros because honestly I have no appetite and I know I didn’t hit it barley got two meals in today
Time for some more rest and hopefully I’ll be good to hit a workout tomorrow cause I’m having withdrawals 🙏
