Just a reminder. If you have plans to take specific vacation days this year, please schedule a time to sit down with and your direct report in order to get those days blocked out.
We will set a deadline for your mandatory vacation days to be scheduled. If you don't have days chosen by the deadline, we will book you off for the most convenient days for us.
Reminder of how PTO works.
If you have been with us less than one year:
  • 5 holidays.
  • 4 flex days (use as sick days or on short notice). Unused flex days can be "cashed out" at year end.
  • One week (4 days) paid vacation (after the probation period).
  • First Monday & Tuesday of rifle deer season is considered unpaid off days, however you can use flex days to receive pay if you choose.
If you have been with us over one year:
  • Same as above, but with two weeks (8 days) of mandatory paid vacation.
Vacation does not stack or get "cashed out" at year end because it will be scheduled during the season.
