New FREE online class: Use your body mass
Hi everyone! π
I've just released a new free foundation course for you!
This class for all levels is about the correct use of the body mass and the center of gravity in the techniques.
It's free for all members and will be available to you when you reach level 2 in our community! π
To access the class, go in the Classroom section of the group and then select the "YΕ«shin Geiko Foundation Course #2" Module.
