Free Yūshin Geiko Foundations class #1
Hi everyone! 👋
I've just released a free course which contains a first Shotokan Karate introduction class. 🥋
This all-level training is free for all members of the community, but it is not a course suitable for complete beginners.
A second course, suitable for those who have never trained in Shotokan and who wish to discover this beautiful art, will be released soon!

To access the class, go in the Classroom section of the group and then select the "Yūshin Geiko Foundation Course" Course. You will find the full class video inside!
