How to ROCKET LAUNCH a new Setter?

Tomorrow I'm starting with a new setter for our business. It's the first time i've worked with an external setter nd want to help him to hit the ground running.
Do you have any tips, experiences or wisdoms that may help us to help the setter start up in a proper way?
