I'm I Shadow-Banned?

I see someone else had an issues and not sure if I should have put this there or here. So here is my account and I have not posted anything today. the views have been down now for a week so I switch to a business account and nothing has happen with views. I'm in canada and would like so suggested as to what to do https://www.tiktok.com/@dailypaydaywithdave

When this happen it also happen to a few other people where they said their views dropped and some said their algorithm changed. I like some advice as to what do do.
