The single most important thing that any diet must consider if you plan on being successful long term...
is hunger.
It doesn't matter how great counting calories works, or fasting, or anything else, if you have to fight hunger constantly, you will, eventually, inevitably fail.
Just something I want to be on everybody's mind as we start exploring more nutritional concepts soon.
