I'll be getting into the basics of focusing on your own health, whether it's anxiety, weight, stress, hormones, or whatever it is for you. The foundation to address any of it starts with basic lifestyle factors. I describe it all in the video, but here is a SIMPLE, quick list that will get you going on the right track:

- STRESS/NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
Health is a marathon, not a sprint, so pick one thing and start working on it.
