New Schedules for an upcoming New Year 2025!
Y'all can understand how life can happen while we're planning big things?
Well, recently I had been feeling overwhelmed by my current December life schedule, and decided it was time to not wait for new 2025 resolutions!
This is not for everyone, but for the moms of kids under 6...it'll be hard at first, but I promise, the reward is amazing.
I've started getting up 2 hours earlier every morning and I'm feeling so accomplished!
Mini glimpse into my life: my normal wake up is 5:00a-5:15a, I drop my youngest off at 6:00am for daycare. I punch my W2 time clock at 6:30am, then ready my kindergartener for school drop off by 7:40am. Work for the day at my job, while sidelines responding to social media comments, etc. Then it's the 3-8pm shift with my kids, dinner and bedtime.
I fought myself for months trying to figure out when I won't be exhausted after the kids fall asleep, only finding myself passing out before they do when it's bedtime.
So, I finally made the choice of waking at 3:30am, and I found my time can be used more wisely to journal (5-10minutes) with Mushroom Coffee, simple work outs/pilates (10-15 minutes), then market research for latest trends (5 minutes), create reels drafts (20-30minutes) that I'll post manually during the morning/afternoon/evening, review/respond to comments (5-10minutes), and engage with others (time remaining before readying my kids for the day).
It took me two years to get to this decision, I tried waking an hour earlier, I tried staying up hours later. In those two years, my kids have gone through millions of phases while I've been learning how to build my business in the background.
Always stay trying to improve, with adding this new money maker decision into your already chaotic life! It is possible! ☮️
