For years, I’ve wrestled with a question that countless others have faced:
Why does building a business online feel like it demands a personality transplant?
Six years ago, when I first tried growing a team, I was full of excitement. I believed in the products, and I loved the people. But the advice I kept hearing—host hotel meetings, call high school friends, casually pitch products at family gatherings—just didn’t sit right with me.
I worked tirelessly, balancing endless social media posts, three-way calls, and strategies that felt outdated and uncomfortable.
And despite having a degree in organizational leadership and working a decade in the world of high intensity business on Wall Street, I failed.
With little to show aside from mounting frustration and time away from my young kids, it didn’t take long to realize the approach wasn’t sustainable—and certainly wasn’t for me.
So I walked away. But I didn’t give up.
Instead, I dove into online marketing in the free time I carved out, determined to crack the code for growing a business in a way that felt authentic and scalable.
Years later after seeing so many others find success in the market, the surprise diagnosis after birth of Down syndrome with my fourth child reignited my now necessity to build something lasting.
In spite of my past failures, I decided to rejoin the world of network marketing—not because I loved the “traditional” methods, but because I genuinely believed in the products and the opportunity.
Still, the same old problems persisted. Sliding into DMs felt pushy, awkward, and emotionally draining. For me, reaching out to friends and family as a means of initial startup is beyond uncomfortable - and frankly embarrassing in all the wrong ways.
Every lukewarm response made me question if I was cut out for this despite my knowing the structure for success has massive potential.
I just couldn’t ignore my passion for building something meaningful—or the dream of creating a life where my family didn’t have to live paycheck to paycheck.
So I took a hard look at what wasn’t working and started asking different questions.
• What if growing a business didn’t mean chasing uninterested people?
• What if it felt simple and natural—and attracted the right people to me?
• What if the secret to success was leveraging the skills I already had?
That’s when everything shifted.
I realized my business and birth doula experience and even my degree weren’t for nothing.
And the years of obsessively learning online marketing and building systems were exactly what set me apart.
Fast forward to today and I’m excited to tell you that over the last 8 months, I’ve tested, tweaked, and perfected a system that eliminates the uncomfortable parts of traditional growth strategies—no cold messaging, no awkward pitches, and no burnout.
It’s designed for people like me—people who want to build a business that aligns with their values while scaling with ease.
And now, I’m sharing it with you—for free.
In my Blueprint Course, I’ll show you:
• The exact framework I’m using to grow a meaningful business without awkward conversations or emotional exhaustion.
• How to attract the right people to you—no chasing required.
• Scalable strategies that work whether you’re an introvert, a skeptic, or just fed up with traditional methods.
Still wondering if this system works? Here’s what some student have had to say:
1. “The B.R.A.I.N. tool helped me evaluate opportunities with so much clarity. I feel confident in my decisions now and no longer overwhelmed.”
2. “Not trading time for money was a game-changer for me. It made me rethink how I spend my energy.”
3. “I finally feel like I have a way to build without bothering my friends and family or doing cringy social media posts.”
4. “The supportive community makes such a difference. I feel like I’m part of something bigger than myself.”
5. “Recognizing shared excuses was such an eye-opener. It made me realize I’m not alone, and I can push past these blocks.”
I'm excited you're here - and I look forward to your feedback, so I can deliver even more for you.
I'd love to know a bit more about your journey?
Faithfully,
Amanda Marie
