Hey MHP community - My name is Erik Pedinoff and I've spent the past 8 years in Enterprise technology sales, at organizations like Bloomberg and LinkedIn, and I'm looking to learn more about CRE opportunities, particularly MHPs.
I'm really excited to be joining this community and diving into the course material. I am looking forward to learning more about finding deals to invest in, the acquisitions process, and optimizing operations.
