New and excited about MHPs!
Just joined MHP Pros. Glad to be here. I've been investing for about 18 years now and have bought and sold several Mobile homes but never any parks. It's always been on my radar just haven't pulled the trigger. Anxious to learn and move forward. While here I would love to learn:
- How to analyze a park
- What makes a good location for a park - I see lots in the South where I'm originally from but not sure if they are money makers
- Most importantly - Financing with limited funds
