Hi everyone, I’m Shane from Charlotte, NC. I’m just getting started as a real estate investor and am eager to learn as much as possible and share my own business experience with others.
I’m interested in Deal Assessment and pipelining, Offmarket deals, Due Diligence, Tax Strategy, and creative deal financing.
My first question is what is the one fundamental thing to know to move from beginner to novice?
