When we're constantly stressed or overwhelmed, it becomes harder to show up as our best selves at work and at home. So, what are some strategies we can implement to better prioritise self-care and achieve more equilibrium? Here are a few suggestions: Set Boundaries - Establish clear start and end times for your workday, and protect that personal time - Learn to say "no" politely to requests that don't align with your priorities - Minimise distractions and notifications during non-work hours Optimise Your Time - Experiment with time blocking or the Pomodoro technique to boost productivity - Identify your peak energy times and schedule your most important tasks accordingly - Delegate or outsource tasks when possible to free up bandwidth Nurture Your Wellbeing - Make time for regular exercise, healthy meals, and adequate sleep - Build in small breaks throughout the day to reset and recharge - Cultivate hobbies and social connections outside of work Remember, work-life balance looks different for everyone.
